Not satisfied? Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@guifilab.com and we will refund the full purchase amount — no questions asked. After 14 days no refunds are issued, as the licence key has been delivered and activated.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products. Because Subtitle Studio is delivered and activated immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal lapses upon first activation in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies instead.

How to request a refund

1. E-mail support@guifilab.com with your order number.
2. We will deactivate your licence and process the refund within 5 business days.
3. The amount is returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

No refund is issued if the request is received more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
